Alexa's protocol
I gained 70 pounds somewhere in the middle of motherhood, and I barely recognized the person looking back at me. Losing it again taught me that this is not about getting smaller, it is about getting stronger and building a lifestyle I can keep. Tirzepatide, NAD+ and B12 are part of how I do that.

About
Who I am
I'm a 40-year-old mom of two boys who, somewhere in the middle of motherhood, completely lost myself. I had gained 70 pounds, and I remember looking in the mirror and barely recognizing the person looking back at me. For years, I felt like I was constantly starting over. I'd lose four pounds, gain back seven, try another diet, promise myself this time would be different, and end up right back where I started. Eventually, I stopped looking at GLP-1 medication as the “easy way out” and started seeing it for what it could be: a tool. For the first time, I felt like my body was finally working with me instead of constantly fighting against me. I've since lost 70 pounds, but what I've gained has meant so much more. I found myself again. And today, my journey isn't about getting smaller, it's about getting stronger, building muscle, taking care of my body, and creating a lifestyle I can maintain for the rest of my life.
Why I do this the right way
I've shared my GLP-1 journey openly because I know how life-changing having the right tools and support can be. But with that comes a responsibility I don't take lightly. If I'm going to recommend something to my audience, I want to feel confident about what I'm putting my name behind. For me, that means licensed providers, transparent sourcing, and real support — which is why I partnered with XCeed. There is so much information online that it can be difficult to know who or what to trust, and I never want to add to that confusion. My goal is simple: share what has worked for me, be transparent about my experience, and connect people with resources that allow them to make educated decisions about their own health alongside a medical provider.
